Cakes, crêpes & waffles (chargeable free for All Inclusive Plus): 3.30 pm – 5.30 pm.This pool bar on the Maspalomas Princess’s side serves drinks and in the afternoon cakes, crêpes and waffles are served here.Our holiday was fantastic we had a great time in Mexico and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel so big thanks GRP we would definitely return. The al a carte restaurants we really enjoyed went to all of them and a couple of them we went twice was so easy to book on the App had no problem.
Main buffets can get quite busy but the food was always hot with lots of options and the cakes were amazing the the only problem we had was getting a drink this was at breakfast,lunch and dinner the staff just ignored us one morning I asked 7 different waiters for a coffee and was ignored every time I think better training on customer service would go a long way. This is an extremely large hotel resort so be prepared to walk the beach is about a 10 minute walk but was beautiful lots of beds beach bar, and we loved walking everywhere so wasn’t an issue for us.Ĭheck in was really quick and straight forward lovely glass off Prosecco while we waited we stayed in room 7119 lovely and clean great AC took an hour for us to get our suitcases but we just relaxed on the balcony with a cold beer out of the mini bar till they arrived. The Hotel and it’s Grounds are beautiful and well maintained the pool areas always clean and tidy and we could always get a sun bed the only downside is that there is not enough shaded sun beds maybe this could be something to change in the future. Ignore the bad reviews honestly ive never read such rubbish. My overall opinion is if you have a holiday booked to this resort relax and look forward to it you are going to have an amazing time. App dead easy to use and restaurants NEVER full. We ate at the A la carte restaurants every night which was lovely. Great choice lovely setting service great. For breakfast and lunch use buffet restaurants at the main pools near the beach. Food nice but so noisy and busy with families. Avoid main buffet at reception if you can its madness. Rock shoes are a must! Take them with you as £30 in the shop. Loads of seaweed and water green n murky sadly. Beach bar great which also did snacks all day. ( around pools is ferocious no breeze) always loads of beds with shade. There was a beautiful seabreeze which made sunbathing so pleasant. Then there was many tranquil pools, no music just quiet and relaxed. 3 big party pools thumping music swim up bars massive party vibes.
House keeping rather hit and miss tbh but didn't dampen anything.ĥ*. However it is massive! Be prepared to walk miles.Ĥ*. The staff work constantly to keep it beautiful. We saw everything monkeys, Iguanas, deer, coti.was lovely. absolutely stunning, immaculate and packed with wildlife. Having booked to go to The Grand Princess Riviera for a special holiday reading all the reviews beforehand totally confused me!! Didn't know what to expect so im writing this upon my return last week.ĥ*.
